OFFER-ANNEX TO PAID SERVICES AGREEMENT

A legal entity who has entered into the corresponding Paid services agreement which includes the following link in its text uforce.pro/prices22, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer", of one part, and

Individual Entrepreneur Pertsovskiy Roman, Identification Number: 316363993, with its registered address at Georgia, Rustavi, Shartava Avenue, N 19, (XX m / d N 5), half basement hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor", of the other part, hereinafter jointly referred to as the "Parties" and individually referred to as the "Party", by signing the corresponding Paid service agreement have concluded the present additional agreement (hereinafter referred as to the "Annex") to the corresponding Paid service agreement between the Parties which includes the following link in its text uforce.pro/prices22(hereinafter referred as to the "Contract") as follows:

1. Within the framework of the Agreement concluded by the Parties, services are offered in the field of marketing, outreach (clients, partners, specialists), market analysis. The offer offers services for the offer of hourly rates, as well as their set of specialized services and qualified specialists involved in their implementation by the Contractor:

1.1. Tariff "Senior". Cost: $50/hour. (3-4 services at the same time). For the provision of services, specialists at the level of the head of the marketing department are involved. Services provided by the Contractor within the framework of the tariff:

• Project planning;
• Management reporting;
• Setting tasks;
• Metrics control;
• Team supervision and management;
• Communication with the client;
• Reporting preparation;
• Development of technical specifications for performers;
• Process automation;
• Technical configuration of services.

1.2. Tariff "Middle". Cost: $35/hour. (2-3 services at the same time). To provide services, specialists of the level of senior and middle marketing departments are involved. Services provided by the Contractor within the framework of the tariff:

• Project planning;
• Management reporting;
• Setting tasks;
• Metrics control;
• Team supervision and management;
• Communication with the client;
• Reporting preparation;
• Development of technical specifications for performers;
• Independent performance of tasks;
• Process automation;
• Technical configuration of services.

1.3. Tariff "Junior". Cost: $30/hour. (1-2 services at the same time). To carry out activities, specialists at the level of the junior marketing department are involved. Services provided by the Contractor within the framework of the tariff:

• Project planning;
• Setting tasks;
• Communication with the client;
• Reporting preparation;
• Development of technical specifications for performers;
• Control of the work of performers;
• Independent performance of tasks;
• Technical configuration of services.

1.4. Tariff "Assistant". Cost: $20/hour. For the provision of services, specialists of the trainee or assistant level of the marketing department are involved. Services provided by the Contractor within the framework of the tariff:

• Performing simple tasks of tasks according to the terms of reference;
• Independent execution of tasks.

2. The parties are entitled to agree on the possibility of providing additional services associated with each of the tariffs.

3. The Contractor independently calculates and brings to the attention of the Customer the specific number of hours required to perform the number of Services that will be agreed by the Parties in the Application.

4. The present Annex comes into force from the date of its signing of the Contract and finishes the action as the corresponding Contract was terminated.

5. The Contractor may change paragraph 1 of that Annex by sending an e-mail to the Customer. New conditions start to act for new Applications made by the Customer.
